The VFBGA48 / VFBGA63 adapter enables reading, writing, and verifying compatible memories in BGA package using the XGecu Pro T76 universal programmer.
It is designed for BGA48 and BGA63 components with 0.8 mm pitch and includes five positioning frames dedicated to the most common sizes.
Five Interchangeable Frames
The package includes five frames that allow correct centering of the component within the socket:

The frames allow adapting the socket to different package sizes, improving alignment between the component and the adapter contacts.
Solderless Operation
The chip is inserted directly into the socket using the frame corresponding to its dimensions. This configuration allows performing read and programming operations without soldering the component to the adapter.
It is suitable for electronics laboratories, automotive repair, data recovery, and programming of previously desoldered BGA memories.
Applications
Depending on the device supported by the XGecu software, the adapter can be used with memories in BGA48 and BGA63 package, including applications based on:
- NAND Flash;
- NOR Flash;
- compatible eMMC memories;
- other BGA devices listed in the XGecu application list.
