1. Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product.

Tsec Engineering s.r.l. also applies this condition to customers with a VAT number.

2. Products Eligible for Return

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to physical products (hardware).

  • The product must be intact and unused
  • It must be returned in its original packaging
  • It must include all accessories received

The product is considered used if it has been installed or connected to electronic systems.

3. Products Excluded from Return

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

  • Digital products (software, scripts, licenses)
  • Activated or used licenses
  • Digital content provided via download or online access

4. Incorrect or Damaged Products

In the event of an incorrect product or damage during shipping:

  • The customer must report the issue within 48 hours from delivery.
  • Photographic documentation of the damage must be provided.

Tsec Engineering S.r.l. will, where applicable, provide a product replacement or a refund.

5. Return Procedure

To initiate a return request, the customer must contact technical support, providing the order number and product details.

The return shipment may only be made after authorization.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error or defect attributable to Tsec Engineering S.r.l.

7. Refunds

The refund will be issued within 2 business days from receipt and verification of the returned product.

8. Limitations

Tsec Engineering S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse returns that are:

  • Unauthorized
  • Not compliant with the conditions stated above
  • Showing signs of use

9. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for the return shipment until it is delivered to our premises.

We are not responsible for loss or damage due to inadequate packaging.
