MINIWARE MHP30 Mini Hot Plate – Portable Preheating Station with 65 W PD Power Supply

Compact, portable preheating station

The MINIWARE MHP30 is a temperature-controlled heating station designed for soldering, desoldering, reflow and preheating of small printed circuit boards and electronic components.

Its extremely compact size delivers a useful 30 × 30 mm heating surface in a tool that is easy to carry and use even at workstations with limited space.

USB-C Power Delivery power supply eliminates the need for a dedicated bench power supply, making the station suitable for use outside the lab as well.

Fast heating up to 350 °C

The temperature can be adjusted within a range of 100 °C to 350 °C.

With the included 65 W USB-PD power supply, the plate can reach 300 °C from an ambient temperature of around 26 °C in about 150 seconds.

The station’s maximum power draw is 60 W.

Brass heating plate with ceramic coating

The heating body is made of brass with a nano-ceramic coating.

The smooth surface promotes even heat distribution and makes it easier to position small circuits or components to be preheated.

The plate is connected to the controller via a hollow stainless steel structure that limits direct heat transfer to the electronic section.

Separable controller and plate

The controller and heating plate are separable modules.

This configuration makes it possible to:

• replace the heating plate;
• simplify maintenance;
• reduce size during transport;
• use any compatible heating modules;
• protect the controller from the heat generated by the plate.

The plate must not be removed or replaced while the station is powered on or still hot.

OLED display and light indicator

The controller features an OLED display showing the set temperature, the detected temperature and key operating information.

A True Color LED indicator changes color depending on the plate’s temperature, allowing the station’s thermal status to be quickly identified.

Foldable support feet

Two foldable feet are located on the underside of the controller.

When opened, they increase the contact surface and improve the station’s stability during use.

The MINIWARE MHP30 can be used for:
