Airbag Bosch RBG A9/K0 – EEPROM 95320 (PSA/Opel)

Professional file processing and full service for Bosch Airbag / SRS ECUs of the RBG A9/K0 family, equipped with 95320 EEPROM memory and installed on Citroën, Peugeot and Opel vehicles.

The service includes Crash Reset and Cloning operations between technically compatible ECUs.

AVAILABLE OPERATIONS

Crash Reset
Required dump: EEPROM 95320

Processing of data stored in the 95320 EEPROM to restore the ECU after a crash event has been recorded.

The service is available through processing of the original EEPROM file or by physically sending the ECU to our lab.

Data recovery must be performed only after verifying the integrity of the ECU and replacing or repairing all passive safety system components involved in the accident, in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.

Cloning
Required material: original Airbag ECU and destination ECU

Transfer of necessary data from the original unit to a technically compatible replacement unit, aimed at preserving the module’s identification and configuration information.

The procedure includes ECU verification, reading of available data from the original unit, programming of the destination unit, and a check of the operations performed.

Cloning is available exclusively via full bench service at Tsec Engineering.

SERVICE MODALITIES

Online file processing – Crash Reset only

The customer must provide the original, complete and unmodified dump of the 95320 EEPROM memory.

The file is checked before processing to verify its compatibility with the ECU and with the requested operation.

Complete processing at Tsec Engineering

The customer must physically send the Airbag ECU to our lab.

Cloning requires sending both units:

• Original ECU: module containing the data to be transferred.
• Destination ECU: working, technically compatible replacement module.

Units must be clearly identified as ‘original’ and ‘donor’.

Shipping to Tsec Engineering is the responsibility and at the expense of the customer. Shipping costs calculated at checkout refer exclusively to the return of the processed material.

COMPATIBILITY AND FILE REQUIREMENTS

The service is dedicated to Bosch RBG A9/K0 ECUs equipped with 95320 EEPROM memory and belonging to the supported hardware versions.

Before processing, the module must be identified using the Bosch code and OEM reference shown on the label.

For file processing, the following is required:

• Provide the original 95320 EEPROM dump, complete and unmodified.
• Indicate the Bosch code and OEM reference of the ECU.
• Specify the vehicle model and the requested operation.

For cloning, the original unit data must be readable and the replacement unit must be functional and technically compatible.

Having the same EEPROM memory or belonging to the same Bosch family does not alone guarantee compatibility between different ECUs.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The Airbag / SRS system is a key component for the vehicle’s passive safety.

Crash Reset does not include replacement of airbags, pretensioners, sensors or other components damaged during an accident.

Processing does not include repair of ECU hardware faults and does not guarantee recovery of modules with damaged electronic components or unreadable data.

After reinstalling the ECU, diagnostic and functional checks of the SRS system must be performed, along with any coding or configuration procedures required by the manufacturer.

The possibility of reusing an ECU after an accident must be assessed in accordance with the manufacturer’s repair guidelines. Data processing does not constitute a certification of system safety.
