Access all BeM FIX services
The BeM FIX Support Plan provides access to the reserved area dedicated to BeM FIX users and all technical content necessary to correctly use the system.
Activation is purchased only once and allows you to use the web portal dedicated to managing Blue&Me repairs.
BeM FIX Reserved Area
From the portal you can:
- upload files read from Blue&Me units;
- send files to the BeM FIX Files Service;
- manage Blue&Me modules to be repaired;
- consult the history of units already processed;
- download processed files ready for programming;
- access technical content and dedicated procedures.
Video tutorials and technical content
The reserved area includes video tutorials, practical examples, and guided procedures illustrating the main stages of using the BeM FIX system.
Dedicated technical support
The Support Plan includes access to Tsec Engineering technical support to receive assistance while using the system and managing Blue&Me operations.
BEM FIX FILES SERVICE + 20 CREDITS INCLUDED
The BeM FIX Support Plan enables the use of the BeM FIX Files Service and includes 20 initial credits.
Upon activation, 20 BeM FIX Files Service credits are credited to the customer’s account:
- 1 credit = processing of 1 Blue&Me file
- Credits can be used directly through the BeM FIX portal
- Option to purchase additional credit packages later based on your needs
The 20 initial credits therefore allow you to perform up to 20 BeM FIX Files Service operations without purchasing a first credit package separately.
Once the included credits are used, you can top up your account by purchasing one of the BeM FIX Files Service credit packages.
Activation method
The product is a digital service and does not involve any physical shipping.
After purchase, access to the reserved area is associated with the customer’s BeM FIX account.
