Description

The Microchip Technology 25LC256 is a 256 kbit SPI serial EEPROM memory, compatible with 25C256 family devices and equivalent variants.

It is suitable for electronic repair work, component replacement, reading, writing and programming on ECUs, automotive modules and compatible electronic devices. The SO8/SOIC SMD format allows relatively simple handling compared to BGA packages, but still requires proper equipment for desoldering, soldering and component verification.
