Complete processing at Tsec Engineering

The service is performed exclusively at our laboratory and requires the physical shipment of both amplifiers:

• Original amplifier: unit previously installed on the vehicle, containing the data to be transferred.
• Target amplifier: functional and compatible replacement unit onto which the cloning is performed.

Amplifiers must be clearly identified as original and target.

Shipping of material to Tsec Engineering is the responsibility and at the expense of the customer. Shipping costs calculated at checkout refer exclusively to the return of the amplifiers.

Online file processing is not available.

COMPATIBILITY AND REQUIREMENTS

The service is dedicated to Porsche BOSE amplifiers equipped with Atmel AT32UC3C1512C microcontrollers, subject to hardware compatibility verification.

To perform cloning, the following is required:

• The original amplifier must contain intact and readable data.
• The target amplifier must be functional and technically compatible.
• Both units must be available for processing.

The presence of the same microcontroller alone does not guarantee compatibility between amplifiers.

Before purchasing, it is recommended to verify the identification codes on the labels of the original and replacement units.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The service exclusively includes data cloning between compatible amplifiers.

It does not include hardware repair of the original or replacement amplifier.

In the presence of damaged memories, unreadable data, or incompatibility between units, cloning may not be executable.

Cloning does not resolve malfunctions caused by electronic defects, water ingress, power supply issues, wiring, or other audio system anomalies.

Depending on the vehicle and installed configuration, additional diagnostic checks or configuration procedures may be required.
