No-Clean Lead-Free Flux – 10 cc Syringe

This low-viscosity synthetic paste flux is supplied in a 10 cc / 10 g syringe with a plunger and dispensing needle.

No-clean flux can be used in electronics soldering applications where residue removal after soldering is not always required. It is suitable for soft soldering with tin/lead and tin/silver/copper alloys, supporting both leaded and lead-free applications.

The formulation is non-corrosive and non-conductive. Residues can be easily removed with isopropyl alcohol (IPA).

It is particularly suitable for precision work, PCB touch-ups, rework, soldering and desoldering electronic components, BGA ball placement, flip-chip soldering and reflowing existing solder on the board.
