Marelli 95320 BCM – NEC V850

Professional service for Marelli Body Computers equipped with NEC V850 microcontrollers and 95320 EEPROMs.

Available operations

Several operations are available, selectable individually or in combination: cloning, VIN programming, key management, and PIN recovery.

Cloning

Transfer of necessary data from the original BCM to the target BCM.

• File processing: EEPROM dumps from both the original and target BCMs are required.
• Full processing: both modules must be sent, clearly identified as original and target.

The target BCM must be technically compatible with the original unit.

VIN Programming

Programming or modification of the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) stored in the BCM data.

You must provide the EEPROM dump or the BCM module and specify the new VIN to be programmed.

Key management

Processing of key-related information stored in the BCM, including those in any White Lists / Black Lists.

PIN Recovery

PIN code recovery from the data contained in the 95320 EEPROM memory.

Processing modes

File processing

The customer independently reads the 95320 EEPROM and sends the corresponding dump to Tsec Engineering.

The service includes:

• verification of the received file’s compliance;
• execution of the selected operations;
• return of the processed file or requested information.

This mode is entirely digital and does not require physical shipping of the BCM.

Full module processing

The customer physically sends the BCM to Tsec Engineering. The laboratory will handle the entire process:

• module identification;
• memory reading;
• data verification and processing;
• programming;
• final check.

For cloning, both the original and target BCMs must be sent.

Shipping

Shipping of the modules to Tsec Engineering must be organized and paid for by the customer.

Shipping costs calculated at checkout refer exclusively to the return of the processed material.

Required data

Depending on the selected operations, the following may be required:

• 95320 EEPROM dump;
• original BCM;
• target BCM;
• new VIN;
• key management information;
• additional instructions from technical support.

Important information

The product includes only the services selected during purchase.

Any BCM shown in images is for illustrative purposes and is not included with the product.

Incomplete, corrupt, or incorrectly acquired dumps may require a new reading.

For full processing, any hardware damage or previous tampering may require additional verification before intervention.
