iMule Emulator is an automotive CAN + K-Line emulator developed to support various applications in the automotive electronics sector.

It can be used to emulate Immobilizer, Steering Column Lock / Electronic Steering Lock, and Airbag Seat Occupancy Sensor / Passenger Presence Sensor systems, depending on the selected application and programmed configuration.

Unlike single-function emulators, iMule Emulator is designed for long-term use: it can be reprogrammed and updated via iMule Programmer, allowing it to adapt to new applications and software updates.

The iMule Programmer management software, distributed free of charge, allows you to:

• program and update iMule Emulator;
• view wiring diagrams;
• consult the application list;
• perform automatic ECU file matching, where applicable;
• update the software online.

iMule Emulator can also be installed directly on the OBD port. It does not require ignition-switched power, as it can operate in sleeping mode, with a consumption of approximately 6 mA in stand-by.

Important notes

iMule Programmer is required to program and update iMule Emulator.

iMule Programmer is not included with this product and can be purchased separately or within dedicated Starter Kits.

Full software functionality is only available with iMule Emulator and iMule Programmer connected.

Without the necessary hardware, the software runs in Demo Mode: the file matching and iMule interface programming functions will be disabled. The application list, update system, wiring diagrams, and related features remain available.
