Continental Airbag 25320

Professional file processing service for Continental Airbag control modules equipped with EEPROM 25320.

The service is dedicated to configuration and data recovery operations stored in the Airbag control module, with particular reference to cases where ECU replacement cannot be completed through the standard PROXI alignment procedure.

Available Operations

One or more operations can be selected according to requirements.

PROXI Alignment

Processing of the target Airbag control module data to adapt it to the vehicle configuration when standard PROXI alignment cannot be completed.

Processing can be performed using one of the following file combinations:

• Original Airbag ECU + Target Airbag ECU: EEPROM 25320 dumps from both control modules are required;
• Body Computer + Target Airbag ECU: the dump of the vehicle’s original Body Computer and the EEPROM 25320 dump of the target Airbag control module are required.

The target Airbag ECU must be technically compatible with the intended application.

Crash Reset

Recovery of crash data stored in the EEPROM 25320 of the Airbag control module.

For this operation, the EEPROM 25320 dump of the Airbag ECU to be recovered must be provided.

Processing Method

The service is performed through processing of files provided by the customer.

The customer independently performs the reading of the necessary memories and sends the relevant dumps to Tsec Engineering.

The service includes:

• verification of received file compliance;
• execution of selected operations;
• processing of necessary data;
• delivery of file ready for programming.

The service is completely digital and does not involve physical shipment of the Airbag control module.

Required Data

Depending on the selected operation, the following may be required:

• EEPROM 25320 dump of the original Airbag ECU;
• EEPROM 25320 dump of the target Airbag ECU;
• dump of the vehicle’s original Body Computer;
• any additional information requested by technical support.

Procedure

1. Purchase the service by selecting the required operations.
2. Read the necessary memories using a compatible programmer.
3. Send the files indicating the order reference.
4. Wait for technical verification of the received dumps.
5. Receive the processed file.
6. Program the received file into the EEPROM 25320 of the Airbag control module.

Important Information

The product includes exclusively the operations selected during purchase.

The Airbag control module possibly shown in the images is for illustrative purposes and is not included in the product.

Incomplete, corrupted, or incorrectly acquired dumps may require a new reading.

The service does not correct any hardware defects of the control module and does not replace the necessary diagnostic checks on the vehicle.

For PROXI alignment, the target Airbag control module must be compatible with the vehicle’s original system.

In case of doubt regarding compatibility, contact technical support before purchase, indicating the Part Number and attaching a legible photograph of the Airbag control module label.
