Airbag Siemens VDO 95320

Professional file processing service for Siemens VDO Airbag ECUs equipped with EEPROM 95320.

The service is dedicated to configuration and data recovery operations stored in the Airbag ECU, with particular reference to cases where ECU replacement cannot be completed via the standard PROXI alignment procedure.

Available Operations

One or more operations can be selected according to requirements.

PROXI Alignment

Processing of target Airbag ECU data to adapt it to the vehicle configuration when standard PROXI alignment cannot be completed.

Processing can be performed using one of the following file combinations:

• Original Airbag ECU + Target Airbag ECU:
  EEPROM 95320 dumps from both ECUs are required;
• Body Computer + Target Airbag ECU:
  the dump from the vehicle’s original Body Computer and the EEPROM 95320 dump from the target Airbag ECU are required.

The target Airbag ECU must be technically compatible with the intended application.

Crash Reset

Recovery of crash data stored in the EEPROM 95320 of the Airbag ECU.

For this operation, the EEPROM 95320 dump from the Airbag ECU to be recovered must be provided.

Processing Method

The service is performed via processing of files provided by the customer.

The customer independently reads the required memories and sends the relevant dumps to Tsec Engineering.

The service includes:

• verification of received file compliance;
• execution of selected operations;
• processing of required data;
• return of file ready for programming.

The service is completely digital and
does not involve physical shipment of the Airbag ECU.

Required Data

Depending on the selected operation, the following may be required:

• EEPROM 95320 dump from the original Airbag ECU;
• EEPROM 95320 dump from the target Airbag ECU;
• dump from the vehicle’s original Body Computer;
• any additional information requested by technical support.

Procedure

1. Purchase the service by selecting the required operations.
2. Read the required memories using a compatible programmer.
3. Send the files indicating the order reference.
4. Wait for technical verification of received dumps.
5. Receive the processed file.
6. Program the received file into the EEPROM 95320 of the Airbag ECU.

Important Information

The product includes exclusively the operations selected during purchase.

The Airbag ECU possibly shown in the images is for illustrative purposes and is not included in the product.

Incomplete, corrupted, or incorrectly acquired dumps may require a new reading.

The service does not correct any hardware defects in the ECU and does not replace the necessary diagnostic checks on the vehicle.

For PROXI alignment, the target Airbag ECU must be compatible with the vehicle’s original system.

In case of doubt regarding compatibility, contact technical support
before purchase, indicating the Part Number and attaching a legible photograph of the Airbag ECU label.
