Description

The STMicroelectronics M93C86 is a 16 kbit serial uWIRE / Microwire EEPROM memory, compatible with the 93C86, 93LC86 family and equivalent variants.

It is suitable for electronic repair, component replacement, reading, writing and programming operations on compatible ECUs, automotive modules and electronic devices. The memory supports 2K x 8 or 1K x 16 data organization, typical of 93C series EEPROM devices. The SO8/SOIC SMD package is easier to handle than BGA packages, but still requires suitable equipment for desoldering, soldering and component verification.
