Shipping
1. Courier used
Shipments are made via express courier, primarily DHL, unless otherwise specified.
2. Preparation times
Orders are prepared and handed over to the courier as quickly as possible, subject to product availability and successful payment confirmation.
Any products not immediately available will be managed according to the timelines communicated to the customer.
3. Delivery times
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, the courier used, and any customs procedures.
Any delays due to the courier, customs, or circumstances beyond the direct control of Tsec Engineering s.r.l. are not attributable to the seller.
4. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the destination, weight, package dimensions, and available service.
5. International shipping
For shipments to non-EU countries, delivery is generally made under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.
The customer is responsible for any:
- Customs duties
- Local VAT
- Import duties and charges
- Costs or procedures required by customs authorities
These costs are not included in the product price or the shipping fees paid on the site, unless otherwise indicated.
6. Delivery address
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the delivery address entered during the ordering process.
Any costs resulting from incorrect addresses, failed deliveries, storage, or redeliveries may be charged to the customer.
7. Inspection upon delivery
Upon delivery, the customer is invited to check the integrity of the packaging.
In case of visible damage, it is recommended to accept the goods with reservation, report the damage to the courier, and document the situation with photographs.
8. Products damaged during transport
In the event of a product being damaged during transport, the customer must contact technical support as soon as possible, attaching photographs of the packaging and the product received.
Tsec Engineering S.r.l. will evaluate the report and provide the necessary instructions for handling the case.
9. Shipment tracking
When available, the tracking code will be provided to the customer after the package has been handed over to the courier.
10. Digital products
Digital products, such as software, scripts, and licenses, do not involve physical shipping.
Access, download, or activation is managed via the customer area, email, or licensing system, depending on the product purchased.
