SAC305 is a high-quality, lead-free tin\/silver\/copper solder wire<\/strong> for electronics, supplied on a 454 g<\/strong> spool with a wire diameter of 0.5 mm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The Sn96.5\/Ag3.0\/Cu0.5 <\/strong>alloy, also known as SAC305<\/strong>, is a lead-free<\/strong> alloy composed of tin, silver and copper. It has a melting range of 217\u2013220 \u00b0C<\/strong> and is suitable for electronics assembly and repair requiring lead-free solder. <\/p>\n

The wire features a 2.2% rosin-activated (RA)<\/strong> flux core, which provides greater activity than standard rosin fluxes and is also suitable for surfaces that are more difficult to solder.<\/p>\n

The flux is classified as ROM1<\/strong> according to IPC J-STD-004<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The product is RoHS 3<\/strong> and REACH<\/strong> compliant. Its lead-free composition makes it suitable for soldering lead-free<\/strong> components and PCBs. <\/p>\n
