Compact, portable preheating station<\/h4>

The MINIWARE MHP30 is a temperature-controlled heating station designed for soldering, desoldering, reflow and preheating of small printed circuit boards and electronic components.<\/p>

Its extremely compact size delivers a useful 30 \u00d7 30 mm heating surface in a tool that is easy to carry and use even at workstations with limited space.<\/p>

USB-C Power Delivery power supply eliminates the need for a dedicated bench power supply, making the station suitable for use outside the lab as well.<\/p>

Fast heating up to 350 \u00b0C<\/h4>

The temperature can be adjusted within a range of 100 \u00b0C to 350 \u00b0C.<\/p>

With the included 65 W USB-PD power supply, the plate can reach 300 \u00b0C from an ambient temperature of around 26 \u00b0C in about 150 seconds.<\/p>

The station’s maximum power draw is 60 W.<\/p>

Brass heating plate with ceramic coating<\/h4>

The heating body is made of brass with a nano-ceramic coating.<\/p>

The smooth surface promotes even heat distribution and makes it easier to position small circuits or components to be preheated.<\/p>

The plate is connected to the controller via a hollow stainless steel structure that limits direct heat transfer to the electronic section.<\/p>

Separable controller and plate<\/h4>

The controller and heating plate are separable modules.<\/p>

This configuration makes it possible to:<\/p>

  • replace the heating plate;<\/li>
  • simplify maintenance;<\/li>
  • reduce size during transport;<\/li>
  • use any compatible heating modules;<\/li>
  • protect the controller from the heat generated by the plate.<\/li><\/ul>

    The plate must not be removed or replaced while the station is powered on or still hot.<\/p>

    OLED display and light indicator<\/h4>

    The controller features an OLED display showing the set temperature, the detected temperature and key operating information.<\/p>

    A True Color LED indicator changes color depending on the plate’s temperature, allowing the station’s thermal status to be quickly identified.<\/p>

    Foldable support feet<\/h4>

    Two foldable feet are located on the underside of the controller.<\/p>

    When opened, they increase the contact surface and improve the station’s stability during use.<\/p>
