Engineering technicians with the entire repair process for your Blue&#038;Me FCA unit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The service is intended for first- and second-generation Blue&#038;Me systems installed on Fiat, Alfa Romeo, Lancia, and other compatible FCA group vehicles.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">We directly handle the diagnosis, electronic repair, recovery of the original data, and final testing of the unit.<\/p>\n<h4>What the service includes<\/h4>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The BeMFIX Fix&#038;Go service includes:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>initial diagnostic test;<\/li>\n<li>checking the condition of the unit;<\/li>\n<li>recovery of the configuration file and proxy data;<\/li>\n<li>replacing the NAND memory;<\/li>\n<li>programming the new memory;<\/li>\n<li>restoring the unit&#8217;s original data;<\/li>\n<li>bench functional testing;<\/li>\n<li>language change, if requested by the customer;<\/li>\n<li>preparation and shipping of the repaired unit;<\/li>\n<li>24-month warranty on the work performed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Compatibility<\/h4>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The service is available for first- and second-generation Blue&#038;Me FCA units.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The repairability of the unit is verified by our technicians after receipt and initial testing.<\/p>\n<h4>Proxy Realignment<\/h4>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">When the repaired unit is reinstalled in the same vehicle from which it was removed, a new proxy realignment is normally not required, as the unit&#8217;s original data is preserved and restored.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Realignment may still be necessary in the presence of pre-existing faults, replacement of other control units, or changes to the vehicle&#8217;s configuration.<\/p>\n<h4>Language Change<\/h4>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">At the customer&#8217;s request, the system language can be changed during the repair.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The desired language must be communicated before the service is carried out.<\/p>\n<h4>Service terms<\/h4>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The unit must not have been previously opened, tampered with, or subjected to repair attempts by third parties.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Any signs of tampering, missing components, damaged tracks, replaced memory, or previously undisclosed repairs may render the unit unrepairable or exclude it from the standard service conditions.<\/p>\n<h4>Irreparable units<\/h4>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">If, after the initial test, the unit proves to be unrepairable, the cost of the service will be fully refunded.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The following are excluded from the refund:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>any costs incurred by the customer for shipping the unit;<\/li>\n<li>shipping costs for returning the unrepaired unit, if the customer requests it back.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Alternatively, the customer may authorize the disposal of the unit without requesting its return.<\/p>\n<h4>Warranty<\/h4>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The repair is covered by a 24-month warranty.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The warranty applies exclusively to the work performed and the components replaced by TSEC Engineering.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The following are excluded from the warranty:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>damage caused by incorrect installation;<\/li>\n<li>liquid ingress;<\/li>\n<li>power surges or issues with the vehicle&#8217;s electrical system;<\/li>\n<li>impacts or mechanical damage;<\/li>\n<li>subsequent tampering;<\/li>\n<li>faults other than the one subject to repair;<\/li>\n<li>issues caused by other control units or the vehicle&#8217;s wiring.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Procedure<\/h4>\n<ol start=\"1\" data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Purchase the BeMFIX Fix&#038;Go service.<\/li>\n<li>Remove the Blue&#038;Me unit from the vehicle.<\/li>\n<li>Carefully pack the unit to protect it during transport.<\/li>\n<li>Ship the unit to the address provided after placing the order.<\/li>\n<li>Indicate the order number and any language requested.<\/li>\n<li>Wait for the completion of diagnosis, repair, and final testing.<\/li>\n<li>Receive the repaired unit, ready to be reinstalled.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Information to be provided<\/h4>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">To facilitate processing, we recommend indicating:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>vehicle make and model;<\/li>\n<li>year of
