equipped with SPC560P50 microcontroller<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The service is dedicated to configuration, adaptation and restoration operations of data stored in the Airbag control unit, with particular reference to cases where ECU replacement cannot be completed via the standard PROXI alignment procedure.<\/p>\n<h4>Available Operations<\/h4>\n<p>One or more operations can be selected according to requirements.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROXI Alignment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Processing of destination Airbag control unit data to adapt it to the vehicle configuration when standard PROXI alignment cannot be completed.<\/p>\n<p>Processing can be performed using one of the following file combinations:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Original Airbag ECU + Destination Airbag ECU:<\/strong> dumps of the original control unit and destination control unit are required;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Body Computer + Destination Airbag ECU:<\/strong> the dump of the vehicle&#8217;s original Body Computer and the dump of the destination Airbag control unit are required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The destination Airbag ECU must be technically compatible with the intended application.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Crash Reset<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Restoration of crash data stored in the Airbag control unit.<\/p>\n<p>For this operation, the dump of the Airbag ECU to be restored must be provided.<\/p>\n<p><strong>VIN Programming<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Programming or modification of the VIN chassis number stored in the Airbag control unit data.<\/p>\n<p>For this operation, the Airbag ECU dump must be provided and the new VIN to be programmed must be specified.<\/p>\n<h4>Processing Method<\/h4>\n<p>The service is performed via processing of files provided by the customer.<\/p>\n<p>The customer independently performs the reading of the necessary memories and sends the relevant dumps to Tsec Engineering.<\/p>\n<p>The service includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>verification of received file compliance;<\/li>\n<li>execution of selected operations;<\/li>\n<li>processing of necessary data;<\/li>\n<li>return of file ready for programming.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The service is completely digital and <strong>does not involve physical shipment of the Airbag control unit<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4>Required Data<\/h4>\n<p>Depending on the selected operation, the following may be required:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>dump of original Airbag ECU;<\/li>\n<li>dump of destination Airbag ECU;<\/li>\n<li>dump of vehicle&#8217;s original Body Computer;<\/li>\n<li>new VIN to be programmed;<\/li>\n<li>any additional information requested by technical support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Procedure<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Purchase the service by selecting the required operations.<\/li>\n<li>Read the necessary data using a compatible programmer.<\/li>\n<li>Send the files indicating the order reference.<\/li>\n<li>Wait for technical verification of received dumps.<\/li>\n<li>Receive the processed file.<\/li>\n<li>Program the received file into the Airbag control unit.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Important Information<\/h4>\n<p>The product includes exclusively the operations selected during purchase.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The Airbag control unit possibly shown in the images is for illustrative purposes and is not included in the
