{"id":38551,"date":"2026-08-05T16:03:49","date_gmt":"2026-08-05T14:03:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tsecengineering.shop\/shop\/bemfix-go-repair-hfm\/"},"modified":"2026-10-12T10:04:27","modified_gmt":"2026-10-12T08:04:27","slug":"bemfix-go-repair-hfm","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/tsecengineering.shop\/en\/shop\/bemfix-go-repair-hfm\/","title":{"rendered":"BeMFIX Fix&#038;Go \u2013 Complete HFM module repair"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4>Complete HFM module repair<\/h4>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">With BeMFIX Fix&#038;Go, you entrust the entire HFM module repair process to TSEC Engineering technicians.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">We handle the initial diagnosis, original data recovery, electronic repair, memory programming, and final testing of the unit.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The module is returned repaired, tested, and ready to be reinstalled on the vehicle.<\/p>\n<h4>What the service includes<\/h4>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The BeMFIX Fix&#038;Go service includes:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>initial diagnostic test;<\/li>\n<li>verification of the unit&#8217;s electronic status;<\/li>\n<li>recovery of the configuration file and proxy data;<\/li>\n<li>NAND memory programming and replacement;<\/li>\n<li>restoration of the module&#8217;s original data;<\/li>\n<li>bench functional testing;<\/li>\n<li>VIN (chassis number) programming, when requested;<\/li>\n<li>preparation and shipping of the repaired unit;<\/li>\n<li>24-month warranty on the work performed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Installation on the same vehicle<\/h4>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">When the repaired module is reinstalled on the same vehicle from which it was removed, a new proxy alignment is normally not necessary, as the unit&#8217;s original data is maintained and restored.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">A proxy alignment might still be necessary in the presence of pre-existing anomalies, changes to the vehicle configuration, or replacement of other control units.<\/p>\n<h4>Installation on a different vehicle<\/h4>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The service can also be requested to install the HFM module on a different vehicle.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">In this case, it is necessary to provide the full VIN of the vehicle on which the module will be installed.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The VIN will be programmed into the unit during processing.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. An incorrect VIN may require the module to be reprogrammed. <\/p>\n<h4>Unit conditions<\/h4>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The unit must not have been previously opened, tampered with, or subjected to repair attempts by third parties.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Any missing components, damaged traces, replaced memories, non-original soldering, or other previous interventions may render the module irreparable or exclude it from the standard service conditions.<\/p>\n<h4>Irreparable units<\/h4>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">If, after the initial test, the module is found to be irreparable, the service cost will be fully refunded.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The following are excluded from the refund:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>costs incurred by the customer for sending the module;<\/li>\n<li>shipping costs required for the return of the unrepaired unit, should the customer request its return.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Alternatively, the customer may authorize the disposal of the unit without requesting its return.<\/p>\n<h4>24-month warranty<\/h4>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The repair is covered by a 24-month warranty.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The warranty applies exclusively to the work performed and the components replaced by TSEC Engineering.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The following are excluded from the warranty:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>damage caused by incorrect installation;<\/li>\n<li>liquid ingress;<\/li>\n<li>overvoltages or anomalies in the vehicle&#8217;s electrical system;<\/li>\n<li>impacts or mechanical damage;<\/li>\n<li>subsequent tampering with the unit;<\/li>\n<li>faults other than the one subject to repair;<\/li>\n<li>problems caused by wiring, other control units, or components external to the module.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Service procedure<\/h4>\n<ol start=\"1\" data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>Purchase the BeMFIX Fix&#038;Go service.<\/li>\n<li>Remove the HFM module from the vehicle.<\/li>\n<li>Carefully pack the unit to protect it during transport.<\/li>\n<li>Ship the module to the address provided after the order.<\/li>\n<li>Indicate the order number and the fault encountered.<\/li>\n<li>In case of installation on another vehicle, provide the VIN to be programmed.<\/li>\n<li>Wait for the completion of diagnosis, repair, and final testing.<\/li>\n<li>Receive the repaired module, ready to be reinstalled.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Information to be provided<\/h4>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">To facilitate processing, we recommend indicating:<\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li>vehicle make and model;<\/li>\n<li>year of registration;<\/li>\n<li>code shown on the module label;<\/li>\n<li>fault encountered;<\/li>\n<li>any anomalies present on the vehicle;<\/li>\n<li>order number;<\/li>\n<li>VIN, exclusively in case of installation on a different vehicle.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Shipping warnings<\/h4>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">The module must be shipped without brackets, casings, or unnecessary components, unless otherwise indicated.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Use rigid packaging and adequate protective material.
