The STMicroelectronics M93C46<\/strong> is a 1 kbit<\/strong> serial uWIRE \/ Microwire EEPROM<\/strong> memory, compatible with the 93C46<\/strong>, 93LC46<\/strong> family and equivalent variants.<\/p>\n

It is suitable for electronic repair, component replacement, reading, writing and programming operations on compatible ECUs, automotive modules and electronic devices. The memory supports 128 x 8<\/strong> or 64 x 16<\/strong> data organization, typical of 93C series EEPROM devices.
