1. Right of Withdrawal<\/h4>\n

The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product.<\/p>\n

Tsec Engineering s.r.l. also applies this condition to customers with a VAT number.<\/p>\n

2. Products Eligible for Return<\/h4>\n

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to physical products (hardware).<\/p>\n

  • The product must be intact and unused<\/li>\n
  • It must be returned in its original packaging<\/li>\n
  • It must include all accessories received<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    The product is considered used if it has been installed or connected to electronic systems.<\/p>\n

    3. Products Excluded from Return<\/h4>\n

    The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:<\/p>\n

    • Digital products (software, scripts, licenses)<\/li>\n
    • Activated or used licenses<\/li>\n
    • Digital content provided via download or online access<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      4. Incorrect or Damaged Products<\/h4>\n

      In the event of an incorrect product or damage during shipping:<\/p>\n

      • The customer must report the issue within 48 hours from delivery.<\/li>\n
      • Photographic documentation of the damage must be provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Tsec Engineering S.r.l. will, where applicable, provide a product replacement or a refund.<\/p>\n

        5. Return Procedure<\/h4>\n

        To initiate a return request, the customer must contact technical support, providing the order number and product details.<\/p>\n

        The return shipment may only be made after authorization.<\/p>\n

        6. Shipping Costs<\/h4>\n

        Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of error or defect attributable to Tsec Engineering S.r.l.<\/p>\n

        7. Refunds<\/h4>\n

        The refund will be issued within 2 business days from receipt and verification of the returned product.<\/p>\n

        8. Limitations<\/h4>\n

        Tsec Engineering S.r.l. reserves the right to refuse returns that are:<\/p>\n

        • Unauthorized<\/li>\n
        • Not compliant with the conditions stated above<\/li>\n
        • Showing signs of use<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          9. Customer Responsibility<\/h4>\n

          The customer is responsible for the return shipment until it is delivered to our premises.<\/p>\n

          We are not responsible for loss or damage due to inadequate packaging.<\/p>\n
